Shipping policy

Every HASK piece is Egyptian cotton, cut and sewn in Cairo. This policy sets out what you pay for delivery, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way to you.

Where we ship

We ship to every governorate in Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt.

Cost

Delivery is a flat E£90 anywhere in Egypt, shown at checkout before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold.

In stock, or preorder

Each size is one or the other, and the product page tells you which before you add it to your bag.

In stock. We dispatch within 1 working day. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days in Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 5 working days in every other governorate.

Preorder. The size is made for you. We email you within 10 to 15 days to confirm your piece has gone into production, and the delivery times above then apply from dispatch. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before that email.

Orders with both. The order ships together when the preorder piece is ready. Message us on WhatsApp to split it — the second delivery is E£90.

Working days are Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays are not counted.

Paying

Pay cash on delivery, or by card with Visa or Mastercard. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier in Egyptian pounds; please have the exact amount ready where you can. You may open the parcel and check it before you pay — but not try it on.

Tracking

We dispatch with Panther Express and send you tracking by WhatsApp or email on the day your parcel leaves us.

Address and phone

Please give a full address and a phone number that reaches you. The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the order returns to us and we refund it minus the shipping fee.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it at the door, or photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. If tracking stops moving for more than 7 days we open a case with the courier and either resend your piece or refund you in full.
